If your complaint relates to a policy arranged under a binder and we are unable to resolve it to your satisfaction, we will refer your complaint to the insurer for review. If the insurer is unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer it to AFCA.

Liberties Insurance and International Insurance Solutions are proud subscribers to the Insurance Brokers Code of Practice. The Code sets the standards of professional conduct and service you can expect when dealing with a participating insurance broker, and commits us to acting honestly, fairly and transparently, maintaining effective dispute resolution processes, informing clients of their right to access AFCA, and supporting clients experiencing vulnerability.
You can read and download the current Insurance Brokers Code of Practice from the Insurance Brokers Code Compliance Committee:
If you believe we have breached the Code, you may report the alleged breach to the Insurance Brokers Code Compliance Committee on 1800 931 678 or at insurancebrokerscode.com.au.
We recognise that some clients may experience vulnerability because of their personal circumstances, including illness or disability, mental health conditions, family or domestic violence, financial hardship, bereavement, language or literacy barriers, cultural considerations, advanced age or remote location.
Where vulnerability is identified we will provide reasonable assistance, such as allowing additional time, explaining things in plain language, providing information in writing, communicating through a nominated support person or interpreter, and offering flexible methods of communication. Any information you share about your circumstances will be handled confidentially. Please tell us if you need extra support. You do not need to explain more than you are comfortable sharing.
